According to the documents check list is it required to submit the parent's original marriage certificate? All other docs they clearly state "copy of" or "photocopy" but for the NOA and parent's marriage certificate they do not. Does this mean originals only?

In the financial evaluation form which amount do you include in Question 8 (Minimum necessary income) and Question 9 (Total Income available to sponsor)...is it only the amount for Year 1 (2012) or the sum of Year 1 + Year 2 + Year 3? This is not clear in the form.

Is anybody having issues with electronically filling out Question 9 (Total Income available to sponsor) in the form? For some reason its not letting me input the amount electronically. I can hand write it in, but then I cant validate and generate the bar code.

1) Photocopy
2) Q8 and Q9 - Just most recent year 2012
3) Q9 - Yes it's a bug or CIC has make sure we fill it with hand, everyone had that problem. Just write the amount in the box with black pen.

I did all 3 years since the requirement is to meet the minimum for all 3 years. (and i wrote next to it - all 3 years combined) Then I put a heading - 'year 1', in a column next to it and put the most recent amounts as well. this way they can see it both ways.

Also, I don't think there is a validate button for this form. Validation is only for 2 of the forms. (sponsorship and generic application). Did anyone have the validate option for any other form?

How about the marriage certificate? Copy or original? Is this an omission or do they actually want the original? I don't want my application being rejected by not submitting the original.
