Hi all,
I know I asked this question already, but I am still really unsure. The circumstances are as such:
I was here in Canada as a visitor from 29 Nov 2012 to 1 June 2013. I had to extend my visitor visa from 29 May 2013 to 1 June 2013. So I did an online application. When I did the online application, they had prompted for me to submit the application form (compulsory) and supporting documents (proof of funds, passport, and digital photo). Optional documents were Schedule 1 and Additional Information.
The mistake I made was that I genuinely forgot to include one month's stay in Australia as a student from June 2012 to July 2012. I was a student in Australia from July 2011 to July 2013, but I exited and entered Australia several times back home for my vacation. So I genuinely forgot to enter all the stays in Australia.
Another mistake I made was that I had several temporary jobs since I was 16 years old, I could not remember exactly where I have worked at before and the period of time. Most of the companies did not even keep my name as a record because it was only a one month or two months temporary work. And one of the companies already closed down. In total, I forgot to input about 5 temporary jobs.
They were all my genuine mistakes. Now that I am certain of what were the jobs I did before and noticing my mistakes from reviewing the online application I had submitted, and I input them all from now on, would I be under the crime of misrepresentation and be deported?
Please advise.
Thank you.
