So I did a one-year online certification study program from US while living in Canada. I have PR status.

In the form section below, do I mention Canada or US as the Country, while mentioning this study?

Study/Employment Section

PS: I was unemployed during this time to focus on completing this study successfully (the exam is held just once a year and its quite competitive)

You can mention the address of the study program, in USA, and add an explanation letter saying that you did so remotely and stayed in Canada during that time.
