Im US citizen and working as lead agent in one of the big airline company. We have station in toronto and theres opening position there. I want to apply and when I get the job i will be transferring there. Is there a chance for me to get my fiancee to live with me in canada? Whats my option to do it?

Since she's in the US illegally, I would say there zero chance she will be given any type of temporary work or visitor status to come to Canada with you. Not following the status rules in the US, would make Canada think she will not follow the rules here either.
Also i'm not too familiar with US immigration laws, but I think as soon as she leaves the US she will never be able to return there, or would be given a very long ban.

I think your only hope would be if you qualified for and applied for PR status in Canada, you can then include her in your app as well for a permanent move.

Thank you for you response. If im qualified for PR can they say NO to my application because my wife (my fiancee) is undocumented here in the US? She afraid to marry me because she doesnt want to be the reason why canada say no to my application.

No, as long as it's applying for PR, being illegal in the US should not be a problem as long as you're upfront about it in the application. For PR, they are only looking for criminal offenses. Many people have successfully been granted PR on their own or through a spouse, while illegal in the US.

It's applying for temporary residence in Canada (where you are supposed to return to home country after visa is done) that would be an issue. So she would most likely be unable to enter Canada if you came on just a work permit.

Not sure whether you realize that whether you get an intracompany transfer or file for PR it will take quite a few months to get approval. Nit sure whether your company is willing to wait to fill the position.
