I apologize in advance if this has been answered already. Cannot seem to find the forum.

If 10 yrs ago, one wasn't in Canada yet, does one still need to include activities from then or just start at 18yrs considering it was less than 10 yrs ago? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It has nothing to do with one being in Canada or not. Just check on the top of the questionnaire of your PR application, instructions are very clearly written for the sections.

I would not be asking if I 100% knew how to proceed after reading the write up though. I am asking because it is still a bit unclear. Thanks anyways!about

On the top does it say 'since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.'
If so then it means you need to provide all details since your turned 18 if you turned 18 within last 10 years.
If you turned 18 more than 10 years back, then you need to go back 10 years and provide all personal history.

It is regardless of your country of origin or residence.

If it is not already part of your education history then yes as you have to provide personal history for last ten years or since 18th birthday whichever is recent
