Help Payment of your Right of Permanent Resindence Fee

Hello everyone,
I received today in my email forwarded to my spouse too, a request to pay the right of Permanent Resident Fee... we applied for my PR last December, OUTLAND my VO is Mexico.
When I checked on my CIC there is nothing NEW only my AOR 2 and a message from the beginning of march saying a Background Check is the next step to follow... So when CIC ask you to pay the Right of PR... Does it mean that My application has been approved? They give me 30 days to provide the receipt of payment
Shall I proceed and make the payment on line, then?

I need your help again. Listen, I paid the Right of Resident Fee on line and I forwarded the receipt to my VO in Mexico by email. Later I read that it should be submitted in paper, Is that so? What do you advise me to do?
Shall I also send the printed receipt in paper by ordinary mail to Mexico Visa Office? Or just forwarding the receipt by email will be enough.

Forwarding via email is likely enough. Just keep the receipt. If they did not accept it, they must make another request for the RPRF, and at that time, you can send paper if necessary.
