help :: passport number not same visa passport number

my wife she get her visa yesterday

but i notice the passport number not same number for visa

like her passport number 1012223

they write on her visa passport number 1013332

what i have to do ????

and somebody happened with him same ???

please help

Is the number wrong on the COPR as well or just the visa?

Was this issued from a VAC? Where is your wife now?

It's a fairly fundamental error. At the very least you need to inform them and ask them what you should do.
