FRC stands for Family Registration Certificates.

GIC is something like a proof of funds phenomena. you make an account with a canadian banks and transfer money from here to canada before applying for a visa. This definitely makes your case more stronger. However GIC is not a requirement for Pakistani students. This is mainly for indians in SPP cases.

Dear dont waste ur time in applying to canada. U will disappointed a lot when u will receive bogus and base less reasons of rejection. Your heart will cry then.
