i recieved a email from chc islamabad in which there was a foam attached named IMM1017. They also gave me a file no. foam has two pages one is about medical test instruction and on another my details and physicaian detals. my questions are:

1: why tcs (visatronix ) not informed about it.did they not sent my pp?
2: what sort of diseases they checked up?
3: can i take medical without pp?
4: any interview by physicain?

1) no idea, you should call up TCS (I had applied through Gerrys)
2) just normal blood/urine/eye test and a Chest xray.
3) No, i think you need your passport.
4) yup you get a checkup by a doctor, nothing major (for me he just asked if I had any operation before and checked my throat, that is all.)

congratulations dude. On 11 january I told u that you gonna get your medical within next 20 days

Its very weird they haven't sent u passport. may be they have changed the way they used to conduct medicals before and keeping passports with them now.
bro best way is to send an email to chc and ask them about this issue. Nowadays they reply in 3 days almost

No no its just like if one has mentioned his email I.D on the main application form (1294), then ppl will get the medical request on email,

and yes one can give his/her medical without PP. I have discussed it with IOM.

Required documents to bring:

1. Original passports of all family members with 2 photocopies of first two pages.

2. Five (5) recent passport size photographs (white background with light clothing colors).

3. Medical Request Letter/ Acknowledgement Letter from Canadian High Commission.

4. Medical form (Appendix C or Section A) from Canadian High Commission.

5. In sponsor ship case provide address of visa processing office.

6. Spectacles or medical history (if have any).

7. Total Fee for the above mentioned family is Rs3550. it should be in cash.


Medical procedure comprises of

Laboratory Sampling (Blood test, Urine Test and X-rays)
Physical examination.


General Instructions:

For Children 5 to 11 years

They have to bring the result sheet of the last annual examination.


For Elderly

Applicants have to mention about the Mobility need.


For All ages

As part of physical examination all body skin would be examined except genitalia so be prepared and wear appropriate undergarments.

Also I have my visa pix in Black shirt.... Dont know if they accept it or not (anybody please suggest on this?). Actually, I don't want any change in medical form picture to my previously submitted picture :-X

thanks ayaz........for this valuable info............i and my friend did medical today.30 jan........i also used same pic as in aplication....but background ought be white on lustre paper......its better to wear football kit like me as compared to half wear........no need of orignal passport if you dont have...alternative is id...........nice expirienced.....they will tranfer medical report after 2 days ti delhi

I applied on 15th jan received medical on 24th ...
Yup I also got it on my email ( as I have mentioned it in my application when sending, I think once U mentioned it, all further communication will done through it)

lol....i really wore kit. under pent........you will remember me when specialist will ask to unclothe..except wear......lol.........phir tm kaho ga kashh koi bara pehna hota..lol
