I'm working on a OWP (got it via flag polling after coming on a dependent Visa) which is tied up with my Spouse's closed work permit getting expired in Jan 2020 (so as mine too)...
His Employer is applying for her extension but it will not come in hand by then Jan 2020 now I have below questions in case of His extension doesn't come :
1) He will be able to work on a implied status?
2) Can I also work on implied status? if not can I do a flag pole and get my OWP extended based on his extension number and other documents?
3) How can I continue working?
