Hi everyone,
My wife and daughter are in India and are outland applicants, and I am in Canada.
My process is all completed and I received my PR card 10 days ago, but my family have not received the PPR yet. It's more than 2 months since we received the Portal 1 email, to which I responded with all of our physical locations.
We have written multiple follow up emails and also made multiple calls to IRCC, but every time I speak with them, they just ask to wait.
Is there any way we could escalate or is there any other email we could reach out to? The VO is Etobicoke.

it does not work exactly that way- my dependent already got COPR and their passport back after stamping but I have not received my portal 1 or portal 2 email yet
