I received the portal confirmation email and my outland dependent got the same email instead of ready for visa/PPR email. Did anyone faced this issue and can someone help on how to go about it? What should I do?

Didn't you replied to the golden email saying that your spouse is outland? If not inform IRCC about that, the golden email had details at the end how to do that.

Did you reply also to the email sent to your outland spouse? Have you received Portal Email 2?
I received my Portal Email 1 today, my spouse also did. I only replied to my email with all details, hope to see a reply tomorrow.

Don't worry. I was in a similar boat. Me and my wife received the portal emails even though she's outland applicant. All I did is wait. 4 days later, I received a message in my account with "RFV letter". RFV stands for "Ready for Visa. Even though that letter addresses you/primary applicant, it is a PPR for your spouse. Just follow and the steps mentioned in the letter and courier the docs. Good luck

Such a relief to hear that, thank you for taking the time to reply.

I am also having the same situation. Yesterday, on 2nd March, we both received portal email 1 even though my wife is outland dependent.
I have just replied to my email with only my details, and just mentioned below line at the end of email,
"Please be informed that my dependent (spouse) has been outside Canada since beginning of the application and same was mentioned in the application. Please advise next steps need to be followed for her."

Was that enough or should I have provided her details as well?? Please guide...

Reply with Primary and all dependent applicant details, mention if a dependent is outland. You will receive credentials and be able to upload photo for inland applicants.

Today, I received portal email 2 with my existing portal account.
Just want to confirm that in PR portal account we get only inland applicant's name, not outland dependents, right??

Please confirm!!!

Received my eCOPR today, yet no RFV for outland dependent. Do you have any idea how long it takes?
