Help! Online Tracker got updated, asking for additional info, but no email received

Hi folks,

i am wondering if anyone experience similar here.

i received my AOR on May 3rd, and on my tracker, it says that they also sent me additional information request letter on May 3rd. However, there’s only AOR email in my whole email box including spam emails.

i called IRCC today , and the agent told me they did send me the additional info request letter on May 3rd as well as the AOR letter, and she will try to send it to me again since I have never received it.

I’m still waiting for it right now, is it common to have a couple days delay to receive the email even though there’s update on tracker? I started worried about if I gonna miss more emails moving forward now

Could they have possibly sent a physical letter? Or is there a chance they have the wrong email address? I’d call them and check specifically where they’re sending this info to
