help! online service is currently not available

I have trouble in continuing my application online and got the following information for more than 48 hours.

Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code:0GKYW3GW (2014-06-02 07:25:32)

The website said:

But it's already June 2.
Are you facing the problem?

Was your application started before June 1? I also had the same problem. What I did is deleted the old application. After that filled a new questionnaire to generate a new code and started a new application with that. In short, did the whole process again. And it worked.

Was your application started before June 1? I also had the same problem. What I did is deleted the old application. After that filled a new questionnaire to generate a new code and started a new application with that. In short, did the whole process again. And it worked.

I started on May 31.
I deleted my application, but the system became unavailable.
I tried to regist a new ID, but the system was still not available.

If this continues in the next three days, I will give up online application and apply on paper instead.

Mine works alryt so far...
Em able to check evrythng until now...
Tryna get advice frm ur agent...they knows how to deal wid this...

I submitted my online study permit application smoothly without any hassle few minutes back. Here are some tips:

1. Do the questionnaire again and generate a new checklist code
2. Login to MyCic and delete the previous application
3. Create a new application with the new code.

I did all these and faced no error messages. All went fine

I cannot finish the questionnaire. It returns an error…
