Help! Online payment receipt only shows name, all other info are empty!

Hi guys, I just used the online payment system to pay for my citizenship fees.
The receipt I got only has my name on it. Other info like address or birthday etc are all empty. Is this normal?
Do I just submit it with my application or do I need to manually fill in all other infomation?

That you have to fill be hand..

Do not leave any space empty. Use a pen and fill in all the info.
