HELP Online application fee payment REFUSED

Hi I am an international mexican student in McMaster Uni and I am trying to renew my student permit online.
So I already filled up the online form and once I get to the payment page it keeps telling me trasaction refused, I have been trying with 2 different VISA card from Mexico and 1 VISA card from Canada and I keep getting the same result, everytime saying the trasaction has been refused. I have tryed it for one week at different time and always the same, I am really getting preocupied and tired of the process, since I dont know how to make the payment work. Any advise? or similar problems? How did you guys solved the problem?

HI,
contact your Card provider that your card has the facility to pay transaction internationally, use different browser,check you interred all the data correct(card holder name, card number, expiry date, security cord(last 4 digit on your card back)
