I am applying for a study permit to complete my
ACCA professional Level in Canada.

All requirements are met but I don`t have personal accounts
that is sufficient to meet my financial needs as required.

Meanwhile,an Uncle is ready to provide the finance for me.Can
I nominate him as my sponsor in this sense? How do Visa Officer
see this?
Suggestions are welcome pls

In principle your uncle can be your sponsor. But its better if you are funded by a blood relative. You can also transfer money from his account to yours. But be careful that huge transactions in your account just before applying for visa can raise suspicions in visa officer's mind.
