HELP on GCMS note

I had ordered GCMS note on feb 25 from getgcms.com but I have not received it at all. these are my questions

1. Is getgcms.com legit or did I get scammed?
2. Should I wait for the notes ( if they come) or just apply using the refusal letter as my information?
3. Do you Know any other legitimate website that orders GCMS notes?
4. Finally, I have a friend in Canada, and I know he can order it for me , but I am afraid IRCC will see him as "tie to Canada"..... am I correct or should I order using him?

Did they send any mail concerning your application. They normally notify IRCC for urgent process after the deadline given to you

1. Yes it is legit.
2. Best to wait, but it's up to you.
3. There are quite a few others. One has already been suggested above.
4. Your friend in Canada can order for you without any issues. However, it won't speed up the process. The only benefit is that it's cheaper ($5) if a citizen or PR orders it for you.

The delay with your getting your notes is with IRCC, not the company through which you ordered it.

I thought 30+30 days was max time and they have to respond to you somehow.
Did you contact getgcms?

I got the note after almost 4 months... I received it on June 1 2021
