Help on Finding my NOC

Hey greetings to all. I'm new to this forum and I'm confused on finding my NOC. I am working as a Merchandising Manager (Who handles apparel brands and provide thos brands with required quality products for resale after manufacturing them in our plant. I do the pricing for them as well.

Can I used the NOC 0621 in my EE profile? Since this is retail and wholesale Manager I believe I am a wholesale manager but not in a store. What is the best NOC code for me.?
My Job Functions are as follows
1. Handling brands and work with them on their inquiries including handling complaints
2 .Doing pricing for the product that we have developed for those brands and finalizing the credit terms
3. Handling my departmental staff by assigning them with job roles suitable for them
4. Doing market analysis on identifying what we should do differently to to our competitors to attract more customers (brands)/ Understand market trends
5. Prepare annual budgets and make sure we hit the target and authorize expenditures
6. Locate, select and procure material for the products we manufacture.
