Hi I am in process for applying the PR through the FSW Process. I have few doubts and i need help on this regard.
1. I have a brother in canada and he has applied for his PR and i hope he receives his documents before i send my package to the CIC. In order to prove that he is my brother i have the Birth certificates for both of us. but the problem is that my fathers name has a spelling error whereas our mothers name is same in both.
Brothers Birth Cert( Fathers Name): Jayaker Nelson Rodriguez
My Birth Cert( Fathers Name): R Jayakara Nelson
Brothers Birth Cert( Mothers Name): Jane rebecca Nelson
My Birth Cert( Mothers Name): Jane rebecca Nelson
my dads name is Jayaker/Jayakara Nelson and my Grandpas name is Rodriguez(dads surname). As per the checklist document it says the proof must furnish that at least one parent is same, saying that, will the difference in my dads name raise questions. what supporting document do i need to provide. please suggest. Like Notarized letter for spelling error, Legal heir (since my dad passed away long back), Ex service men health card with our whole family photo and details. Please suggest and i am from india.
