Help! Noc type "A" or "B" IELTS reading: 5.5, overall: 6, both experience

Thanks for reading my status.
I just got my IELTS result today as Listening:6, Reading:5.5, Writing:6, Speaking:6, Overall:6
I checked my eligibility of CEC in Canada immigration website, I found 2 situations:
1) if I apply belove Noc type "A", I must reach IELTS score of 6 in each skill, but I don't get score of 6 in each:
NOC Title Skill level or type
2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers) A
2171 Information systems analysts and consultants A
2173 Software engineers and designers A
2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers A

2) else if I apply below Noc type "B", I can be suitable with type "B" with my score of above 5.5
2233 Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians B
2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians B

Generally, My job title has been a software developer in latest 3 jobs in 6 years.
But in 15 years, I had experience of Noc B, some of my previous daily work was related as a technician supporting users experience", and my title was still Developer, Clerk or lecturer in IT field, but most of time I tend to develop programs.

Question1. My work experience in Canada: from 2014/May/01 - 2015/Dec/31 as software developer, I remember it will be valid in 3 years. Does it mean that I must submit before 2017/Dec/31 or when is the deadline?

Question2. How should I do now? Should I submit an application of Express Entry now with "Noc B" or continuously study on IELTS until reaching IELTS score of 6 in each skill?

Question3. If I (can) choose NOC B, does it affect my application form?


I'd appreciate your help very much if you give me some suggestions!

Note:
In 10 years, there were my duties over 3 years, as you know, in school, IT staff need to do a lot of job included "computer".
• Maintained Computer Room including installing software, troubleshooting of hardware and network service, Firewall Setting.
• Developing program.

Hi,
CIC considers only last 6 years of work experience. If you say you are currently working in NOC-A [Developer] . Its a safe bet to go with NOC A only.

Thank you so much for your reply.
I googled some articles, I think my LMIA is Noc code A(2174), So, as you said, I had better submit with the same type of Noc in the future.
