Help - no record of your application available at this time

I have not received much news from Immigration. We filed in January and then in February we got a request for an additional document.
Since then I have heard nothing.
I submitted a case inquiry and received email yesterday that "There is no record of your application available at this time."

How can this be? What do I need to do now? Please help if you have any suggestions.

because they stated there is no record I would contact your mp

I was able to find my MP. Thanks for the suggestion sous02 I will send an email

Try putting in your sponsored persons info in when you are checking the status online. If not....try yours. If nothing appears, It might me still too early and they haven't posted anything.
