Help needed

Hi everyone

My name is Helen from Beirut – Lebanon ,I’m single 27 years old and start working on my EE profile (FSW) ,I am a dentist and I work as a dentist too , today I got my ECA from WES and my equivalency in Canada is ( 5 Years of professional study ) , My IELTS score is (R8.5) (W7.5) (L8.5) (S8) = CLB 10 ,About POF I have around 19000 CAD in Lebanese pound in a joint account me and my brother , so I have some questions and I really need some help here …

• What should I choose in education fields CRS? Master or lower?
• How is the balance amount in the bank account calculated from Lebanese pounds to Canadian dollars? Is it based on the price of the Lebanese Central Bank foreign exchange price bulletin or based on what? Because there is a big difference between the Lebanese central bank exchange rate and the free market exchange rate????
• And the most important question is there any problem with having my name and my brother's name on the bank account, knowing that the amount in the account is greater than what is required of one person

P.S: I can take any declaration or letters from my brother about the money in the bank account, I say this because I don't want to wait another 6 to 7 months of building a new bank account in my own name

Dentistry is considered professional degree, and it’s equal to master in point calculation.
Regarding proof of funds. You need a document stating that the minimum required is yours. So, you need notarised document from your brother stating that *** amount of money in the bank is yours and you can use it at your convenience. For currency exchange, it’s hard to tell. But, I’m Libyan and we do have the same thing regarding the currency different between banks and market and IRCC used the government exchange rate as calculator not the market factor

The fund have to be in your name. They cannot be in your brother's name. If they are, then your brother has to give them to you or give you complete authorisation to use them for the purpose of settlement in Canada. see https://bit.ly/30KEnKB

Its joint account between me and my brother and yes I can take affidavit affirming from him, but now there is a new questions if you don't mind:

• Its general question about bank statement should it be 6month before submitting online EE profile or 6 month before get ITA and is it necessary for funds to be fully present in the account when papers are submitted within the 60-day period?
• I have another joint account with my friend is the affidavit affirming from him will work and approve by embassy or must be joint account with a family member?
• About affidavit affirming must be issued by bank or personal letterhead and his signature?
• Does anyone have or can help me in the affidavit affirming, is there any draft or pdf sample?

After all thank you a lot for help all of that will be better than wait and build a new bank statement …
