HELP NEEDED

Hi

My husband just got his IELTS score and with that our CRSscore goes to 404.. I don't think we will get through cut off list. Any suggestions what should we do?

Try to improve IELTS score, learn another language (French) and check out for provinces that may be inviting EE applicants for provincial interest viz.NB/PEI/NS etc. Until you break 450 threshold, it's quite difficult to sail through without provincial nomination or job offer.

Unless a better language score could get you above 450 or 460, then looking into PNP option is probably your best bet as LMIA backed job offers are hard to come by.

Hi Diya,
If your husband is a masters - then he should get min. CLB9 ie. 8777(LRWS) which helps with additional points and score may boost up to 470CRS.

And the one who is masters should always apply as a primary applicant!
