Hello,

I need help with ITA application for work experience letter format. After referring some experience letters, I have created one of my own. Someone please review it and send some feedback. Please let me know if it will work and suggest missing fields on it. Thank you for your help.

Looks fine. Please make sure to include the salary or any benefits if possible. Make sure it is printed on company letterhead. You may already know this but try to match the NOC with job duties instead of 'Role'. Good luck :)

Thanks. Will it work even if salary data is not included?

well ideally it should. would you be providing a statement of your salary account and salary certificate separately as other supplements?
The thing is I don't have salary statements/certificate/offer-later of that job. So I can't add that. But, I do have relieving/resign letter with all the details except salary. And that job I had just for 4 months. Will it work?

It should work , Perhaps you can ask any of your ex colleagues to give you a letter and have it notarized. Would that be possible? Worst case scenario explain this in your letter of explanation.

Thank you for bringing that point to my attention. I have read that list already, but didn't realize its mandatory to show annual salary plus benefits. Now, the question is: is it okay if I just include the salary data in the work experience/reference letter and not include the salary statements from bank, if I'm not the primary applicant??

You should try to show some other official document provided by your employer which includes your salary info. If you don't have one, try to get it from your past employer through mail. If you get it, that is great. If you don't get it, you can use that email as a proof that you tried to get one but did not succeed.

I don't know what you mean by salary statements from bank. I think anything related to work should be proved with an employer-provided doc; funds with bank-provided doc; education with university-provided doc and so on. Try not to mix.

And it is very important that you explain in LoE why you are unable to include that in your employment record letter.
