Hello everyone. I am facing a problem with my CAQ application and any help will be highly appreciated.
So I paid for my CAQ application yesterday and already received my File Number. But when I enter the file number in the Arrima Portal, the system says
"No records found
An error has occurred.
Make sure that the information entered in your Arrima profile – your surnames, first names, gender, date of birth and your file number – is identical to that transmitted in your online application for temporary selection for studies or that received by the job."
I am certain my information is correct and matching. Anyway to resolve this issue? Please kindly let me know.
