Help Needed : Wife open work permit and Visit Visa

Please let me know if am posting at wrong place

My self on open Workpermit - Till next March - PR - In process

I want my Wife come to Canada Ontario
The possible ways I found myself - Applying Visit visa and SOWP later —( Let me know if am doing right or Wrong)

What should I do ? Should I apply her Visit visa ? Or SOWP if it’s visit 6 or more or less than 6

Please help me with different options and views to bring my wife here

Note : Want her ASAP
Note : Planning for kids

Are you working?

Apply for the SOWP, not the visitor visa.
 
Yes I worked for 1 year from 2021 Aug to 2022 Aug NOC A job - am trying to get one more NOC a job and I have to go back to get married and yes I got my PGWP extended and am here now and I wanted my wife to be here soon and I think it takes more than 8 months in India for SOWP so I wanted to apply for Visit visa and when she’s here wanted to apply for inland SOWP

note: am trying to get one more NOC a job bow doing just some pastime job for now

Please help me on my views

You need a job for her to be eligible for SOWP. So SOWP is not an option until you have job letter and paystubs. For a TRV, she needs to show ties to return (job letter with approved leave, business, income properties, investments etc.), travel history, funds, family ties (doesn’t have ties) and valid reasons to travel.

No. I asked if you are working now. You need to be working now in order for your wife to qualify for a SOWP.

A visitor visa is not a good idea since she has plans to remain in Canada long term. You will be risking a refusal which will then make it harder to get a SOWP approved later.

Ultimately your choice.
