Help Needed! Very Urgent

Hello,
I applied for Canada Federal Skilled Worker Visa in 2014 but my file was returned due to fees draft was expired at the time embassy started considering my file. Recently i applied for Study Visa for September intake but it too got rejected. The reason for refusal is Other Reasons :

Given your academic performance, your language ability in specific bands and considering your proposed course of study, your travel history and ties to your home country, I am not satisfied you would be a bonafide student and a temporary resident.


Now i contacted my agent & he said we can try for January intake. What do you people think that will i get refusal again due to the fact that i have a PR rejection and now they think that i am not going to come back to India after completion of my studies?

P.S : My agent that this time we will not show any proof of your earlier PR rejection but instead we will show the study visa refusal. Is that right thing to do?

Personally, I don't think hiding your previous PR rejection is a good idea. They would have a copy of their side.

The refusal doesn't seem to be related to your previous PR rejection either, more that they don't see you as a valid student.

I wouldn't recommend that. You should honestly answer the questions especially about previous refusals. Your study refusal seems like due to low IELTS score. I dont think that is going to be problem if you retake ielts and apply again. Keeps the file clear and please dont lie.

I had 3 study via refusals , but got PR in 4 months without single question asked.
