I applied for visa after taking admission in Fleming College (Project Management Graduate Certificate) on 10 oct 2013 (Online Application) my visa was refused on 8 Nov now i have resolved the issues of rejection and my classes are going to start on 6 Jan. Should i apply wiyh this offer letter or should i defer my admission for may intake..............
