Help needed thinking to migrate to canada

Dear Senior members

I am thinking to migrate to Canada with HR Manager occupation in FSW. Below is my summary for education and work experience please make a valuable comment where I am eligible to apply or not.

Education
1) BBA + MBA (HR) both with reputed universities in India.

Work experience

1) Company A - July 2011 to Aug 2013 , Designation - HR Adviser
2) Company B - December 2013 to May 2014 , Designation - HR Executive
3) Company c - June 2014 - current , Designation -HR Executive ...

Have attempted IELTS last month and got overall band of 6.5 and have 6 each. I am done with point calculation and I do have required 67 points to go ahead with help of spouce IELTS.

I am just confuse weather they need someone who is working as HR Manager or my current job experience will be fine ?

Please suggest

Have you identified your NOC ?

If you have then please match your present and past experience with the Duties mentioned against the NOC.

If you meet 60-70% of the job duties then you should be fine.
