Hi friends ,
I need some urgent help !
I have received an offer letter from Lambton College Sarnia for Internet Programing and Database Management (co-op) [Jan 2015 intake]
My profile is :
SSC 86%
HSC 50%
Bsc IT (MUMBAI UNIVERSITY)
First Year : 50% aggregate
Second year : 50 % aggregate
Third Year : 5th sem : 60% and 6th sem:70%

The problem arises that in my first and second year I have 13 backlogs ( All dead) due to some issues with college and committee .
But in the last year which was the board I did well without any Backlog .

IELTS : 7.5 (L:8.5 , R:7.5, S:8.0, W:6.5)

Now I am going to pay my first sem fees tomorrow.
I am also going to do my gic and apply for visa by nov end.
I am really confused because i read people saying that such high backlogs wont be accepted under spp and i should strongly apply in general !
But my doubt is that in the cic website there is no rule mentioned for backlogs ! What should I do ? What should i apply for ? I am really confused and need help from seniors or some friends who have also gone through this !

Also about my course at lambton college this course is a 2 years course wherein 1 year of academics and 1 year of coop ! For this course i get a 2 year study permit . But suppose I fail to get a coop within 90 days of course completion I graduate with a 8 month pg diploma which will entitle me for a 1 year work permit or I take another course back to back 2 make it two years of study so that i get a 3 yr wp.
Now my question is that incase if I dont get a coop and have to take another course will I have to apply a study permit extension( Inspite of having a 2 study permit) or will I have to make any changes in my existing study permit.

And also last but not the least how is Lambton college Sarnia is it a good place and will I get part time job opportunities there ?

Please I urgently need help from all you friends and seniors at the earliest !
