Help needed regarding some CEC forms!

Hi people,

I was going through CEC forms and I was a bit confused with some. Just wondering if someone can help me out and spare sometime.

1. Background Declaration - Column 7 (Education) - Type of certificate and diploma issued and Field of study?
I studied till 12th grade in India with Non Medical in the same school and I am documenting 10 years as Elementary and 2 years as Secondary/High school. Then what will be the Type of certificate and diploma issued and Field of study.

2.Schedule 8/ Economic Classes - Column 3 (Work in Canada) - What do they mean by previously worked in Canada?
I came here in January 2011 and completed 2 years post-secondary in April 2012 and then worked for 10 months till now. Needs help what exactly it is.

3.Additional Family information - Do I need to type my names in English as well as my native language?
For example : First, Last name / "native language"

4. Supplementary information on travels - Column 2 (List all trips you travel) - I just came here without travelling any other country before. But obviously travel to Canada right.
So shall I check did not travel or what? and I don't have spouse/ children etc. So shall I type NONE in their boxes?

If some one can spare a few minutes for me, I shall be very thankful....

Elementary = general education certification (If I am right)
2 years secondary/high school = (General educations unless you did your GCE O levels under the British system)
Your 2 year post secondary you did ever since you arrived in Canada. (indicate whether what type of degree it was ; Bachelor of Science .. etc.

It is the work that you are currently doing now.
So it would be yes.

YES, handwrite your native language if you can't type it in.

Then your answer is NONE. Be sure to provide them a copy of the paste with the Canadian stamp when you entered Canada.

In addition to the travel information on this form, do we also need to send out a copy of the passport pages showing the immigration stamps and visa along with the PR application?
