Hey guys,
Needed some urgent advice on how to proceed.
I have a non-accompanying Common-Law Partner for whom two PCCs were required - One from India and one from Switzerland where she spent a year studying.
The Indian PCC came through without any delays but it is looking highly unlikely that the Swiss one will be reaching us before my ITA expires.
What's my best option going forward?
Should I include an LoE stating that the PCC has been ordered (showing proof of this) and then attach it to my submitted application once it comes in? Is that even possible? If it is, how long after submitting my ITA would I be required to show the Swiss PCC?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as my ITA expires in 14 days.
Thanks!
