Earlier I got the notification mail for incomplete documents but that was because Docuemts were not coded/uploaded in the system at that time but soon after, Status got changed to "Congratulations..etc etc "

hello everyone,
I'm an international student (Burundi, Africa), and I applied to Concordia university, 2 days ago.
But the entire process is really confusing for me and so I was hopping that one of you could answer my questions.
- Is there any electronic way to send the official transcripts and diploma?
- What other document do I have to send apart from my transcripts, my passport, my toefl results, and my diploma (which I don't have because I haven't finished school yet)?
- I missed the deadline for the fall session but the program that I want is still open, to I technically have a fair chance to get in?
