Unfortunately the fact your mother is already in Canada on a study permit is most likely working against you. Nothing much you can do about that.

What is your educational background? What were you planning on taking in Canada? Do you have any previous work experience?

You are at a serious disadvantage. Your parents may have house and cars, but they aren't YOUR house and cars - they are your parents. That's likely why your mother got a visa. At this point, you really should consult a lawyer. The fact that your mother is in Canada already is seriously working against you and your ability to prove that you would go home. I wouldn't waste your time re-applying, especially considering that you have big obstacles, without getting a lawyer involved to ensure that your application is completely solid.

Hello,

I wonder what the status of your parents is? Are they in the process of applying for PR? Or are they already? You might have a better chance coming over in the family class as a PR if possible, then applying for a study permit.
