I landed in canada at peace bridge by road from USA 2 days back, but at the Officer ddint give me any form for Canada PR card application or any form she asked me to fill, but she asked my address in canada and she said you can go to any nearest canada help centre to apply for SIN card and PR card , what is again ,but in my passport she clearly wrote the landing cleared on so and so date with some number , so what is my position now , i need to go back to mexico to attend my project work i have on 2 days to spend in canada please tell me where should i apply for PR card , do i need to apply or no but i asked clearly about the Officer should i have to apply for one , she said yes at the canada help centre , and she said you need to apply for SIN number also , so what is my position now please help me
