i have done bachelor's degree (b.tech in electronics and communication)
since the PG diplomas available in all the colleges are only of one year, that mean i will get only one year work permit after completion of my course.
but i wanted to study for 2 years and get 3 year work permit, so that i have enough time to settle down/get a job.
which isn't possible if i go for PG diploma of a year and then get one year work permit(hard to find job that could lead to PR in a one year of work permit)
so
however i have talked to a consultant in chandigarh, who says that "" on completion of one year diploma, there is two options for a student, either decide to study further that is take another one year course OR take the work permit,
since the work permit is issued only once in a life time , a student on finishing one year PG diploma, should not go for it at end of one year PG diploma and should choose to further continue study, hence completing two courses of one year each (hence net total studying period = 2years), then student will get a 3 year work permit as all other students doing two year diplomas get.
is that true???
has any body done/heard of this??
please aware me bros, want to get enrolled for sept session if this thing, what consultant is saying is legit .
thanks
