help needed, online application wont accept the final name signature

i am apply online for my wife's visit visa, and i have uploaded all the necessary documents etc, and go to the next page for the electronic signature, but it is saying incorrect name? why is it doing that... I am entering her name correctly... please help... appreciate it.

thank you so much... i made the mistake of entering a UCI #... am going to remove it and resubmit everything over... hopefully it works...
