Help Needed...Need your comments

Hello all,

I came to Canada this May 2014 at Humber College for PG Marketing program...I had to go back home within one week after my arrival at Canada...my father got heart attack and went on ventilator and I reached back home....and did withdrawal and refund of fees...

Now, I want to go back again...I applied Humber again but got admission for January 2015.....as for September 2014 admission is closed....

Now my question is:

Will I be re-allowed to enter Canada....I have valid TRV(Multiple) & Study Permit till June 2015....I am planning to come again December 2014

One more thing my study permit was issued before June 01, 2014.....

I am really worried..your valuable experience and feedback is needed.

Sorry as I don't have a certain answer, but as I understood before, your study permit is valid untill it's expiration date, and you can renew it before expiration by 3 months if you are still studying, so I guess you still can use your study permit, did you try to email the CIC asking about that ?

In my country, they don't bother to pick calls....and give automated replies go to CIC website

When u withdrawn from ur school did u inform cic? If u do not, can u still ask ur school if they can allow u to continue and pay for late registration, just thinking since it is just only 2 months u are off the study. Pls before u apply ask from ur school if they can re-absorb u. In another form if u re-apply with SOP explaining why u abadon/withdrawn from ur course it will give u more possibility that u will surely come back home for ur parent so it will be easier to get sp again. Try 1st option and if not working then second option will work for u. I am not experience but trying to see possibility of this happening.

No, I didn't inform CIC....plzz read again I have re secured admission...but Question arises ..why I need to apply again..I have valid TRV and Study Permit till June 15, 2015

u gotta extend ur visa .... its better to do a fresh application n get the new visa again.... its better...or else u can go to canada ... n be in problem when ur visa expires buddy

its tough situation for me...I have seen couple of indian who applied for extension from home country and got rejected...one was at last semester and other in middle..

I got refused a student visa for Sept 2014 intake due to the following reasons
documentation which lacks authenticity as a part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission) other reasons- previous studies,gap in studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans.

Since 2009 have been working constantly without any gaps and I left my studies due to some personal reasons which didn't allow my to concentrate on my studies . However now I wish to get back to my studies and in india I am not getting any proper certified specialisation bachelor's travel and tourism here . Canada seems to be the safest option to me that will me to complete my studies and get an international exposure.

My consultant didn't suggest me the right course . She offered me a 8 months foundation course in gbc which was h101 under her guidance I went ahead .

I wish to re apply and make sure that I do every bit to make this file stronger .... what should I do and also will taking up a student loan help my file

And also humber is not offering bachelor's in arts or science it's offereING bachelor's in commerce in travel and hospitality management course number 22081 please help on how should I go about the same
