Help needed: Israel Police Check

Hi guys,

We need your help!

I have ordered my Israeli Police check, which has arrived at the Israeli Consulate in Toronto.
They are asking for a mailing address to forward it to, however since we are applying through the Express Entry system, CIC won't accept any mail corespondence.

CIC won't accept post, but the Israeli Consulate in Toronto won't release it.

Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

I am in the same situation. I tried to contact Canadian embassy in London where i am based, but they keep sending me back to the website to consult with FAQ section. It's like the chicken and the egg scenario- Express Entry process does not accept mail or the israeli police certificate issued directly to you, while the Israelis would not give you the police cert in your hand. Canadians must have something against people who visited Israel.
I am planning to attach a note stating this fact and ask the Israeli embassy to post the cert to Canadian embassy. Looks like this is all that can be done.
