Help needed in filling IMM 5490E(Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire)

Hi,

I have few doubts in filling IMM 5490E(Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire) form. The questions might be silly.. but request you to answer them..

here are my doubts:

1) Q.no. 4 & 5: Should we list all the gifts we have given each other till date or should we state the gifts we gifted on our first meeting

2) Q.no. 9: description from first meet to till date?? or only the first meet to marriage?

3) Q.no. 11: is it before our marriage?

4) Q.no. 12: Ours is arranged marriage... what should be the ans for this?

5) Q.no. 26: do we need to highlight the phone number of my husband in the phone bills?

6) Q.no. 30: We used to stay together till my husband left for Canada. After he reached Canada he used send me money...... he left only 3 months back....
Should i state yes or no for this particualr question?
If stated as yes.. i will be able to show only 2-3 bank drafts.. is that fine?

I'll answer by memory since I'm not with the forms in hand ok?
4 and 5: I stated every gift we gave to each other since we met.
9: our very first meeting. The first time we saw each other as a couple.
30: we only sent money to each other once and I attached both receipts.

The others I can't help since I'm not familiarized with arranged marriage.

Questions 4 and 5 are referring to your first meeting, so you should only put gifts you gave each other the first time you met there. However, you can add that you have given each other other gifts since then, and list them; or list them somewhere else in the application.

9 and 11 can be from the first meeting til now.

12: explain it was an arranged marriage. Give the date when your families agreed to the match.

26: if you have many different numbers on your phone bill, it might be helpful to highlight your husband's number.

30: yes. You can explain he has only been back in Canada for 3 months, so has only sent money 3 times. Include a copy of the receipts.

Part 9 was the thickest part for me on imm5490. I focused on how our love developed in great detail. I know your marriage was arranged but u can talk about what made your love for him grow and vice versa.
