Help Needed - Forgot to sign "Annex A" in PPR documents

I sent an email on this ID requesting additional time to submit passport and got a reply in 4 weeks.

Wow you had to wait 4 weeks to get reply. I have requested them to change the visa office for my wife last Thursday(Jan 31st). Is there any other way to get a faster reply from them?

In my READY FOR VISA email instruction, there is a Canada address to send the passport, as I live in Canada. My husband lives in Sri Lanka.
Can anyone let me know, how to proceed with my husband's passport? I sent an email to IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca . but I didn't receive any confirmation email.

How long it will take them to respond?

The same thing happened in my case my wife is in India I sent an email to the above email ID but I didn't get any confirmation.
