Dear All:
I am a Civil Engineer from Pakistan and graduated in 2004 from NWFP UET Peshawar. APEGS sent me Self Assessment Form to give details of my Course Description covered in Engineering Degree.
It seems a complex procedure as I don't have details of my Course Description right now and my University shifted to Semester System after 2010.
How to prepare the Self Assessment in that case. Please help anyone who went throught the procedure.

I am in procedure of Apegs and on the step of filling self assesment how do i fill it? Since my enginering is more then 15 years old and i do not hv my course syllabus which is not required by Apegs as well once ur engineering is more then 10 years..but now i m stuck at self assesment step dont know how do i fill it and proceed further? Kindly guide me or send a link of any example of SA or any informative link..
