Help needed for online application

WHAT DOES MEAN PLEASE EXPLAIN,WHAT I HAVE TO DO I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING IT.

Ur applying online so u don't need to understand it ,, the form after validation give barcode page,, this page has to be on top of application ,, but if u apply online leave it..

Complete filling your form, check it once and press the validate button. Once that's done, multiple barcodes will appear at the bottom and then save the changes. Attach this form to your online application. There's no need to place the barcodes on top for an online application.
