Help needed for filling Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees form

Received a mail from CIC to send form "Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees". I have a question regarding field Provincial Stream/Category, what needs to be filled in it "FSW - Express Entry" or "International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry"

I am nominated by Saskatchewan's "International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry".

In your nomination certificate there is a field called STREAM somewhere, just put the same as in there. It's probably International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry, but double check on you certificate.
