help needed - Application under Federal Skill class

Dear All ,

I intend to apply for the canadian immigration under Federal class and have the following questions which needs an input. This may help me in gettting things right from the start....

- Do i need to list down all of my experience in schedule 3 form ( question 11 - Your work expereice ) even if they are not listed in 38 occupations ?? what i mean to ask , i am only claiming points for my expereince which comes under the new occupation list whereas as my rest of the expereince is in business development and sales which does not fell under the new list , do i need to list all exp in this section or only those for which i intend to claim points ??? and rest in personal history section in form 1e

- In Additional family information form : While filling it up for my wife , who will be an applicant and spouse as i am the prinicpal applicant ?

All your experience whether on NOC list or notand rest in personal history section in form 1e

Yes you need to give all the experiences. The Occupation in 38 list is used for eligibility. You also get experience points for other NOC codes (category 0, A and B) also which are not in 38 list. Max points are 21 for 4 years of experience Find NOC code corresponding to your respective occupations
- In Additional family information form : While filling it up for my wife , who will be an applicant and spouse as i am the prinicpal applicant ?
- In my form I put Applicant as myself in both mine and my wife’s form and it worked fine. But I have seen people recommend you put your wife as applicant in her form. I think it work either ways

Hi , Thanks for the response but my rest of the experience is in business development and sales which does not fall in NOC code O, A or B as this section specifically says to mention the experience which fall in this above mentioned categories ..

please advice
