BASED ON THE SUBMISSION, I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT PA'S STUDY PLAN IS LOGICAL, CONSIDERING THERE ARE ALTERNATIVE REGIONAL OPTIONS. I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT PA WOULD ACTIVELY PURSUE PA'S INTENDED PROGRAM OF STUDY UNDER R220.1. IN ADDITION I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT PA OR PA'S PARENTS CAN GENUINELY AFFORD TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THE INTENDED STUDIES NOT I AM SATISFIED THAT PA'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO STUDY AND NOT FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSES. THEREFORE, I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT PA IS A BF STUDENT TO CANADA WHO WOULD EXIT THE COUNTRY AT THE END OF THE AUTHORIZED PERIOD OF STAY. REFUSED.

Yes I did. I did a mistake first time by just submitting a blocked bank statement. Then I submitted running bank account statements. I showed 2 properties and business.
