Hi everyone, does anyone here know how to update important changes in PR application aside from online service that just allow to change address and contact number?
Now that Buffalo visa office is closed and file was transferred to Ottawa, I do not know if I can send changes report to Ottawa CPP. Please help!

FYI: Even if it gives you the option on ECAS to change your address, you should not do that, since it has been proofed to be useless.

You have to contact/inform them via Email, Letter or Fax.
