Hello everyone,
I created an express entry profile on 31st December 2018 Initially it showed a score of 438 but later on, after 12 hours, on first January 2019, I got the message that my profile was jo longer eligible for Federal Skilled Workers Program.
I am a Mechanical Engineer in India. I enrolled in an engineering college in India in 2008. I should have graduated in 2012 but had lots of backlogs. I finally graduated (cleared all my papers and got the degree) in 2017. But between 2012 and 2017 I was fully employed in the industry in the field of building energy efficiency and renewable energy. I got employment because I had the right skills sets for the job. I worked with 1 multinational for 1 year (Executive - Green building and renewable energy) and a startup (project manager) for 2 years. In 2017, I joined another multinational and am working there at present as a Technical Manager.
What will be my primary NOC? Will it be the same for all three jobs? My express entry profile was found ineligible because(I think) the primary NOC I entered was Mechanical Engineer(2132) for all three jobs. Since I officially got my degree in 2017, do I require more work experience to meet the minimum eligibility criteria?
Please help me figure out what will be my primary NOC for all three jobs:
here is a description:
job 1: (2014 - 2015)
Executive, (MNC) working on energy modelling, commissioning, and feasibility study of green buildings and solar energy power plants
job 2: (2015 - 2017)
Project manager (Start up): working on the design of sustainable HVAC systems, indoor environmental quality audits
job 3: (2017 - present)
Technical Manager (MNC): working on setting benchmarks for building energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality as part of a sustainability certification system.
