Hi friends!
I posted before about my experience still no update.
Was curious who do I contact for my MP to get more info.
The process is being done in tel Aviv but was initially in
Quebec. It is an outland spousal sponsership and we are on the last stage. I want to know how long until they receive the fingerprint check. !!
Help please !!!

Enter your postal code here to figure out who your MP is: http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Compilations/HouseOfCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOC

Although unless your processing time is over the posted times on CIC website, they may not do much for you.

It will be over 12 weeks in a couple of weeks.
Thank you!
Do you know what I should say?
That I'm interested in knowing if my file is being processed when the fingerprint check will be done?
Thanks again!

Have you already applied for your gcms notes? This may tell you what you need to know.
she dont need them.. we already know what is delaying the process (she is my wife)
its the certificate from RCMP police from canada.. once they will send my certificate to the visa office they will issue my visa.. im already passed the interview and all.. so what we now want to know is whats going on with that and how long will it take because its really starting to be unbearable to be apart :/

I can hear your anguish and I am sorry. When you contact the place where you had the finger prints done, do they tell you when the prints were sent and how long it usually takes to process them? I don't have experience with your VO or this stage so I hope bringing your post up again might get more advice for you. Good luck.

They said it takes 12 weeks or more! And no they didn't tell us when the prints were sent here's what they said :

3:39 PM (1 hour ago)

to me
Good day

Paper based submissions can take up to 12 weeks and more to be inputted in our computer system due to the very high number of applications being sent to the RCMP
Please contact us in a few weeks to see if it has been put in the system

Thank you for contacting us,
Merci de nous contacter ,

Doesn't really help!!!!

It does help, actually. You said above that you are sitting around 10 weeks now so, while it feels endless, you are still not beyond the expected time of more than 12 weeks. Good luck.
